How Offers Work...Important information for Buyers & Sellers

I've often found that buyers, sellers, and even some real estate agents have preconceived notions about how an offer to purchase should be handled.  

Whether you are selling or buying a home, having clear guidance on how offers work can help you set realistic expectations and make sure your goals are met. 

With that in mind, I am attaching a Primer on Multiple offers document put out by the Michigan Association of Realtors.  Even if you aren't in a multiple offer situation this document talks clearly about what the seller's duties are when they get offers and things a buyer should keep in mind when writing offers.
